Investment Criteria
We acquire a range of AI assets. Here's what we look for.
Types of Assets
AI SaaS Companies
Subscription software products with AI or machine learning at the core. Revenue not required. We evaluate based on technology and potential.
Machine Learning IP
Trained models, proprietary datasets, algorithms, and research. If you spent years building something that works, we're interested.
Customer Contracts
Recurring revenue streams and customer relationships. If you have customers paying for an AI product but can't serve them anymore, we can take over.
Technical Teams
Exceptional engineering talent that wants to stay together. We're open to acqui-hire conversations.
AI-Enabled Tools
Internal tools, automations, and workflows built on AI. Sometimes the most valuable thing a company built wasn't the product.
Domains and Brand Assets
Valuable domain names, trademarks, and brand equity in the AI space.
Our Criteria
We evaluate opportunities based on technology, IP, and potential. Revenue is not required.
We need clear IP ownership. Messy cap tables or disputed IP make deals difficult.
We work with founders who are ready to transact. We don't do hostile deals.
Our deal size is typically $10K to $500K. We focus on transactions that are too small for traditional PE.
What We Typically Pass On
- Companies with unresolved legal disputes or IP litigation
- Assets with unclear ownership
- Situations where the founder isn't aligned with selling
- Hardware companies (we focus on software)
- Companies outside the AI/ML space
If you're not sure whether your situation fits, reach out. We'll tell you quickly.
