From Start to Close
1. Initial Conversation
1–3 days
You reach out through our website or respond to one of our emails. We schedule a call, usually within 48 hours. On that call, we ask about your situation and what a good outcome looks like for you.
2. Preliminary Review
3–7 days
If there's potential, we ask for basic information: a summary of the technology, existing financials, and IP ownership documentation. We also discuss price expectations.
3. Offer
1–3 days
If we want to move forward, we send a simple term sheet. 2–3 pages. Clear terms.
4. Diligence and Documentation
1–2 weeks
We verify what you've told us and draft the purchase agreement. We try to keep this phase short.
5. Close
1–3 days
We sign the documents. We wire the money. Done.
